Yummy Capsicum Sticks and Guacamole 

This new year, I imagine many of you (including me) are hoping to get healthier and look healthier!

My beautiful friend and naturopath Emma Sutherland provides us with this yummy snack idea to help support healthy skin. 

High in Vitamin A and C, capsicum is great for healthy insides and for supporting skin health - a winner all round.

Avocado is high in healthy fats, high in antioxidants and helps aid in collagen production - yes please!

This snack idea serves 3 and only takes a few minutes to prepare :-)

• 1½ avocado (medium)
• 30ml lemon juice
• Sprinkle of Sea Salt (to taste)
• 3 Red Capsicums (medium, sliced)

In a small bowl, mash the avocado and combine with the lemon juice and sea salt. Adjust lemon and salt to your taste.

Serve the guacamole with capsicum slices and enjoy!
